Growing green smoothie

We know the importance of vegetables in our diet, but adding them to a child’s diet can feel challenging at times. This smoothie packs in a (delicious) serve of vegetables and when made with cow’s milk or fortified soy milk is a rich source of calcium, immune-supporting vitamins C and A as well as protein and fat.
