Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to users of the Subo Canadian website (licence held with Subo Products Pty Ltd, ABN: 45 615 375 678, and trading under the Canadian Business number 716668900RM0001).

Shipping times and costs
Shipping costs will vary according to your location in Canada, which will be calculated at checkout.

For Canada Post deliveries, please allow 2–10 business days for delivery, depending on your location in Canada.* Delays may occur during holidays or due to extreme weather.

PO Boxes and Remote Areas (i.e., Northwest Territories, Yukon) may incur extra charges, which are generally reflected at checkout.

All items are dispatched from our office within 72 hours of receiving your order, unless your order is placed on a weekend, public holiday, or during a peak period. If placed during a sale or peak periods, such as Christmas, please allow up to 7 days for your order to be dispatched (not including weekends).

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over a total cost** of $100 to all provinces and territories of Canada.

**Total cost: total amount of order before shipping fee is added and after any promotional discount code is applied.

Re-delivery Fee

In the event a parcel is re-sent back to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or no contact from the customer, a re-delivery fee of $18.49 will be charged to have this item sent back to you.
You will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order has been placed. Please check your junk email folder, and if you still can’t find your confirmation, please contact us with your order number to check the status of your order. In the event a parcel is re-sent back to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or no contact from the customer, a re-delivery fee of $18.49 will be charged to have this item sent back to you.

Standard shipping services are shipped using Canada Post.
We offer express shipping with ExpressPost or Priority services. These services and associated costs can be selected during the checkout process.

Please note
The timeframes are estimates only, and delivery times may be longer for some destinations. Delivery estimates commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of the order. While we strive for 1-3 days, during busy periods, orders can take up to 5 business days to dispatch.

* Canada Post Delivery service alerts
We issue delivery service alerts when delivery of the mail may not be possible because of certain conditions.

These conditions can be weather-related, such as disasters, fires, floods, major accidents, etc. An alert can be issued for a particular community or an entire province.

Red alert: We are suspending delivery and not sending our delivery agents out, or we are recalling them.

Yellow alert:We are going to do our best to deliver, but there may be delays.

Return & exchange policy

This Return & exchange policy applies to users of the Subo Canadian website (licence held with Australia Pty Ltd 'Subo' Products - ABN: 45 615 375 678, and trading under the Canadian Business number 716668900RM0001).

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase we will happily return/exchange the item/s, provided:

• All items are returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that you supply proof of purchase. No exchange or refund can be given after 30 days for change of mind or if you have made the wrong decision. If you would prefer to exchange goods rather than receive a refund, then you will be sent a replacement and we will charge you for the shipping cost. Please contact us here in order to enquire about returning or exchanging goods.

• The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.

• Email us on info@suboproducts.ca with the following details: Your Name, Invoice number, Items purchased, Reason for return and request for replacement, exchange or refund. We will send you a Returns ID number. Once this has been supplied, return your item in its original packaging and we will refund the purchase within 10 business days of receiving the product(s) back.

• Post the product(s) to Subo Products Canada - 45 Prince St. Oshawa, Ontario, L1G4C9 CANADA

Refunds & Exchanges (after 30 days)
In the case of products purchased more than 30 days ago we will consider a refund only when a product is faulty or is returned unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase and in saleable condition. Used, soiled, damaged product without the original packaging will be returned to the purchaser. Once returned goods have been received and assessed by Subo a refund may be issued. Postage and handling charges of returned products are non-refundable unless a product is deemed faulty.

Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund be given if the products received are used, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached.

It is suggested that you send your return package through Canada Post’s Priority services, as Subo cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in transit.

We charge a minimum shipping charge within Canada when replacing goods (unless faulty, see note above).
