Quick strawberry yoghurt

Yogurt is often a quick and enjoyable staple food for many children. Instead of
purchasing expensive yogurt pouches, often with added sugar, this recipe uses
natural sugars found in a serve of fruit (with the added benefit of fibre, vitamins
like vitamin C and minerals like potassium).

Difficulty: Easy  |  Serves: 2 Subo bottles  |  Prep: 5 mins

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsweetened greek, coconut or soy yogurt
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 ripe banana

Method:
Step 1: Add all ingredients to a blender.
Step 2: Blend until smooth.
Step 3: Spoon into your Subo food bottle to serve.
Step 4: Store any left over in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
